Unit Leaders are responsible for training and maintaining mission-ready response capabilities for TSAR's specialty resources. Unit Leaders recruit members to their units, train their unit members to a certification standard of readiness, delegate responsibilities within the unit, budget and file reports for the unit, and inspire teamwork and leadership qualities within every member. TSAR Units add exceptionalism to the TSAR team and the bottom-line mission-ready response capabilities of TSAR.
