TSAR LEADERSHIP
The TSAR Board of Directors is responsible for the fiscal and operational sustainability of the organization. Directors meet monthly in order to ensure all needs of the organization are being met, to discuss and vote on policy decisions, and to monitor finances. The TSAR Board is dedicated to maintaining transparency, checks and balances, ethical practices, and sound stewardship of the public funds entrusted to this 501c3 organization.

TSAR Officers hold a special position of responsibility and leadership within a specific skill-set, without which, TSAR would not fully function. ICS Commanders/Officers/Chiefs are part of the Incident Command System, a federal system of management that enables different agencies to come together and effectively operate autonomously in times of disaster and community need, that is utilized during every TSAR training and NM State search and rescue mission. Our Medical Director guides our scope of practice for individual certification levels, and provides medical direction to our field teams that enable us to serve our community in a safe and responsible manner.
